"I have a history of back pain and on October 2022, my back muscles seized up and I was bed ridden for a week until medicines cleared it up. We travelled to New York in May 2023, from India, which is over 26 hours with the layovers. All this while I was worried my back might start acting up, and sure enough, 4 days into our hectic shopping I could feel myself unable to bend and the pain and discomfort began.
Thankfully for us, my friend who lives in White Plains was coincidentally consulting with Stacy for his High Blood Pressure. I tagged along. "I first met Stacy when I was pregnant with my first child. She helped me after my very difficult labor and delivery, with herbs to hasten milk production, and juices to nourish much needed healing. She gave massage therapy to my very colicky, and constipated baby. It helped immensely. The only time my child was not crying during her first few months of life was when Stacy was holding her. She counseled me on nutrition, and proper habits to increase bonding. She treated me with massage and acupuncture to help my new mother anxiety. I simply could not have thrived without her.
I became pregnant with my second child 18 months later. Again, she gave counsel on nutrition, self-care, and physical movements to prepare my body for a second pregnancy. She did such a good job; my baby did not want to leave. At 41 weeks, my geriatric 38-year-old uterus was threatened with c-section or induction. Once more, Stacy assessed the situation, and treated my whole body- not just my womb. She performed an acupuncture treatment, and within 15 minutes I began contracting. She stayed with me, keeping me calm and relaxed, until my contractions were 5 minutes apart. I delivered my second child 12 hours later, with a completely natural, unmedicated birth. I give credit to Stacy for every single moment of it. She continued nutritional counseling, and herbal/dietary measures to promote healing, and Milk production, after the birth as well.
I have since had 2 more children. Stacy has treated my children with massage, and during my 4th pregnancy, was instrumental in keeping me healthy. I began to suffer excruciating pain during the 5th month of that pregnancy. I was diagnosed with pubic symphysis disorder, and had 2 pinched nerves from my bones becoming too loose, too soon. I could barely walk, and stacy used her magic. Through cupping, acupuncture, and massage, I was able to stay on my feet, rather than prescribed bed rest. At 37 weeks, my baby was still breech/transverse. I suffered from an extraordinary amount of amniotic fluid, and transverse/breech presentation can be extremely dangerous if there is any premature rupture of membranes. I was a nervous wreck. Stacy used acupuncture, massage, and herbal aids to flip my baby into an optimal position for delivery.
She has saved me too many occasions to count. I have seen other acupuncturists, massage therapists, and Chinese medicine practitioners in the past. I prefer natural treatments to unnecessary medical intervention. I have never encountered an individual more in tune with the needs of a whole individual, than stacy. She has worked miracles in my life, and you just feel calm and centered in her presence.
